The site at Roseisle, on the flat coastal plain west of Elgin, would become the largest malt distillery ever built in Scotland: 3,000 square metres of stainless steel, copper, and engineered efficiency, costing £40 million, and designed from the ground up to be the most environmentally efficient distillery in the country.]]></description>
