From an airliner window at 30,000 feet, though, the word leaps off the plain: READYMIX, each letter the length of two football fields, wrapped inside a diamond two miles across. Bulldozed into the bare Nullarbor about 13 kilometres northwest of Caiguna, it is a sign meant for no one on the ground at all. It was built to be read from the sky.]]></description>
