It stands 17.76 meters tall, stretches 25.16 meters from toe to heel, and is composed of more than 300 pieces of blue-tinted glass. It is not a church. It is not a shoe. It is the most photographed building on Taiwan's southwestern coast, and it is completely, magnificently committed to its own absurdity.
