The blast shattered windows in apartment blocks two kilometers away, affecting 17,000 residential units. By the time the fires were finally contained, 173 people had died, nearly 800 were injured, and the cost to businesses from the supply chain disruption alone was estimated at nine billion dollars.]]></description>
